Why the App?

Since the company was founded, Fürst Solutions GmbH has established itself as a reliable and trustworthy specialist service provider, for practice-orientated services relating to medical devices and products, such as dialysis machines and reverse osmosis systems. [1]

We pride ourselves on finding solutions and helping technicians, and one of these solutions is to improve communication and engagement with our clients and customers.

We are currently living in a world where most people work on smartphones. In 2019 a third of the earth’s population had a mobile smart device [2]. As a business, using an app will help us to improve our engagement with technicians around the globe. This made the decision to start designing an app more worthwhile.

How does the App work?

After downloading the app technicians will be able to make different requests: Training requests and Technical Support requests.

Fürst Solutions will receive the new request and will respond and resolve the request within a reasonable time.

As for you, the app will show you all your requests. This makes it easier for you to stay updated on the different requests and to check the progress of each request, wherever you are. As soon as Fürst Solutions has worked on your request ticket, you will be able to see this on your request ticket in the app. This improves mobility for everyone using the app. You no longer have to run to a computer to make technical support requests or training requests.

Where can I find the App?

The Fürst Solutions App is available in Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Fürst Solutions app downloads like any other app. You will have to sign up / sign in after the download is complete. As soon as you are signed in, you will be able to create training requests and technical support requests.
